MAC Studio Sculpt Concealer

I have hardly ever had any dark circles under my eyes...but now!!! Donno why...but i have these huge dark circles...Never occured when i was studying in school or college or even during exams when I had no sleep at all....

I guess I am ageing............nooooooooo nooooooooo!!!

I love doing eye make and its a part of my daily routine ....but with dark circles under your eyes...eye makeup looks all the more worse....even applying a little kajal makes your eye look racoon like....horrible!!!

So i had to get a concealer for myself...It had to be mac cos that is the place where i can test & try out things & i can even get an honest opinion!!!

I was very confused between select cover up & the studio sculpt concealer.

I am not very fond of cream foundations or creamy stuff.....So at first i wasnt very much in favour of the studio sculpt concealer.

But i applied many shades of the select cover up but then somehow they dint suit my eyes & my the area around my eyes looked yellow & not very natural.

So having no choice i had to go for the studio sculpt concealer. It conceals like heaven. I have a dark patch on my neck & its so very visible & this thing conceals the patch like magic.

I use this with my fingers and do light layers of it until I get my desired coverage. I find using your fingers helps to warm and melt the product into your skin. The only issue I have is that you must use a setting powder under the eyes as it creases like mad!

My foundation is NC42 and concealer is NW35...i dont understand how can they be so different...But i dont mind as long as its working 4 me ....

What i Love :

- Its so easy to blend!

- Water resistent....not water proof...if u rub ur hanky hard...it will come off!!

- Opaque and matte for a natural matte finish

- It's full coverage- pretty much covers EVERYTHING!

- Its gonna last me for years!!!

What i Dont Love :

- It creases at the end of the day..but at MAC the lady had told me that there is no product which will not crease ....

- Its a bit heavy and u need very little of the product.

- U have to use a powder after applying this concealer.

Nivea Visage Refreshing Toner

I have been looking for a new toner for quiet some time...So this time i picked up the Nivea toner.



This is the ingredient list:
Aqua, SD Alcohol 9.15% v/v, Nelumblum Speciosum Extract, Panthenol, Tocophenyl Acetate, Glycerin, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil.

The toner is quite light, refreshing and cheap and I am absolutely loving it.
Like other Nivea products this toner doesnt contain alcohol & its a good thing for your skin cos alcohol dries out your skin.

Usually toners strip my skin of moisture, cause me to break out in red sore patches and make my face oilier - causing me to break out into acne. This doesn't do that.

I feel that it hydrates my skin whilst working as a toner at the same time - it feels soothing on my skin. I feel that this helps to keep my pores in check and helps keep my skin at bay.

What i Love :

- Its very refreshing and it even helps me to remove any extra makeup which my makeup remover doesnt remove

- No Astringent

- No Alcohol

- Smells nice

- Nice packaging.

Cons :

A bit pricey!!

And i will purchase it again :)

Nivea – Pearl & Beauty Roll on Deodorant

I was just passing the Nivea counter at beauty centre when my eyes fell on this product. I love smelling good & I always like to experiment with new fragrances all the time.

And it has been a while since I tried a roll on deo other than Rexona. So I decided that I would be buying the Nivea roll on deo. The packaging looked good & the quantity more that what I have in my Rexona bottle. Also pearl extracts was something new for me!! When I did some researching I found that - Pearl extracts help heal blemishes and maintain the health of the skin by participating in the metabolic activities of the skin. Pearl also promotes the regeneration of new cells and makes the skin smooth, fine, elastic and naturally beautiful.








I have been using this product for about 2 months now & I am liking it. I like the sweet-fresh smell, which does not clash with my perfume. It gets absorbed quickly into my skin & does not cause any irritation.

What I like :

• This smells really nice not like the average scents.
• The great thing about Nivea products is that they dont have alcohol or colorants.
• It doesn’t leave any stains or white marks on your clothes or skin you can say that it’s a skin-friendly deodorant.
• It does not irritate your skin if you have just shaved your armpits & you have applied this product.
• The product will last long….real long…cos a little goes a long way.
• The product looks white in the bottle but don’t worry it does not have any colour once you apply it..it just gets absorbed into your skin in just a few seconds.
• The product stands upto its claim…u really wont smell of sweat for the entire day…and I have tested it in the humid conditions of Mumbai 


What I don’t like :

• Price : Rs. 165, I would say that the product is a bit pricey.
• Also the bottle is of glass which makes it heavy & difficult to carry in your bag.


Would I buy this again : Definitely !!!
